Can't recommend Miss Suzy enough. It's a real gem to have in Sligo. The atmosphere is really lovely, gorgeous decor and soft lighting that makes it cozy any hour of the day. Service is great -- the staff are always really lovely and pleasant, particularly the young man who greeted me and my friend at the door and took my order both times I was in recently. Complimentary miso soup while you wait for your order is always a little highlight for me, it's a very nice light appetiser and I look forward to it every time I'm in. The mains may seem a bit expensive but the portions are massive, I've never been able to finish a portion of katsu curry. Highly recommend the chicken gyoza -- light and crispy, and very good for the price. They have a very wide menu, and it's all enticing enough that despite having a fairly restricted diet I hope to try a bit of everything someday.
I recommend Miss Suzy for a quick lunch, or a cozy dinner with friends. A highlight of Sligo.

An incredible restaurant! The sushi was absolutely delicious, and the salmon was cooked to perfection. The quality of the food is outstanding, and the service is simply second to none.
A special thank you to Felipe, our waiter, who took such great care of us and made us feel right at home. His kindness and professionalism made our experience even more memorable.
If I ever come back to Sligo, this will definitely be a must-visit. Thank you!

Very nice experience, the staff were super understanding and nice.
We were treated extremely well and served wonderful food.
We got Chicken Ramen, Dakgalbi, and Katsu Curry from the kids menu.
The food was rich and full of flavour.
